Service Requests

All services are provided on a retainer basis with bespoke pricing:

• We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request
• Service timelines and deliverables are outlined in our Service Level Agreements
• Payment terms are agreed upon before service commencement

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payment as agreed upon
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Independent Service Provider

HeadacheFree Services acts as an independent representative for clients. We are not affiliated with any dealerships, real estate agencies, or other third-party service providers unless explicitly stated. We maintain full transparency in all transactions.

Limitation of Liability

HeadacheFree Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms
